The Arbitrum Bridge acts as a secure channel connecting Ethereum's mainnet (Layer-1) with the Arbitrum Rollup (Layer-2). This bridge allows users to transfer assets, like ETH or ERC-20 tokens, between these layers
Methodology
Counts ETH held by the Arbitrum One Bridge and every ERC-20 held by the L1 gateway escrows registered in the L1GatewayRouter: the standard ERC20 gateway, the generic custom gateway, and the token-specific custom-gateway escrows (Sky, Lido wstETH, Graph, Livepeer). Token lists are auto-discovered per escrow.
